3D printing is a quick and cost effective way to produce a functional model for prototyping, displays, presentations or even production applications. If 3D printing is not a viable option, our machine shop can make prototypes from a wide variety of metals and polymers.


Technology

Objet PolyJet 3D printing. Objet uses a UV cured liquid resin that can produce detailed and robust models with some of the best surface finishes on the market.

Size

Our build envelope is 19.3" x 15.4" x 7.9" (490mm x 390mm x 200mm). Larger models can be produced, contact for more information.

Simplicity

Using your supplied CAD files we an create a model at a fraction of the time traditional methods would take. If you do not have a CAD file, our team can work with you to produce a 3D model to your specific needs.

We can add post printing components to enhance the functionality of your model.

Materials

Transparent, rigid or rubber-like (can match 30-95 Shore A durometers). Contact us for data sheets. Custom colours are available, common colours include: clear white, black, grey, red, orange, yellow, green and blue. We can also chrome-plate, machine finish and polish the surface finish.

Accuracy

Horizontal build layers down to 16 microns (0.0006 in.) in thickness and 20-85um accuracy for features below 50mm, up to 200um for full model size (for rigid materials only, depending on geometry and build parameters.)

Laser Cutting

CNC lasers offer a quick and cost effective way to cut and/or mark a wide variety of materials. This technology can be used for a wide variety of applications including: part identification, signage, prototyping, jig, fixtures, models and manu other ideas our clients have.
