Machine Operators:
Job Description:
- To remove, inspect and count parts produced by plastic injection molding machines.
- To be abele to trim and dress parts, in fine detail, using exacter knives and other
hand tools.
- To understand read and write English.
- To be able to, follow written and verbal instructions.
- To be able to, stand for long periods of time.
- To be able to, bend and lift weights not greater than 25KG.
- To complete other duties as instructed by the shift supervisors.
- Pay is consummate with experience and productivity.
Lead Hand, Material Handler:
Job Description:
- To supply plastic injection molding machines with various types of raw materials.
- To remove finished product from the above mentioned machines.
- To drive and operate, a variety of forklifts, in a safe and contentious manner.
- To relieve, machine operators for breaks and lunches.
- To be able to, follow written and verbal instructions.
- To be able to, stand for long periods of time.
- To be able to, bend and lift weights not greater than 25KG.
- To learn machine processing and the injection molding trade as taught by your supervisor
and others.
- To complete other duties as instructed by the shift supervisors.
- Must have forklift experience, some plastics experience is an asset.
- Pay is consummate with experience and productivity.
Shift Supervisors:
Job description:
- To process and troubleshoot, a variety of plastic injection molding machines.
- To have a working knowledge and understand all aspects of Plastic Injection Molding.
- To be able to follow intricate instructions with minimal supervision.
- To give instruction and training to all shift employees.
- To motivate and inspire all shift employees towards a common goal.
- Must have experience with plastic injection molding.
- Pay is consummate with experience and productivity.
